I was fortunate to be given Public Access training by Elspeth Mills Rendall in March 2014. As a trainer myself, I was impressed by Elspeth’s informal approach , which had a very effective training method, involving everyone in the group — all of us cynical barristers — and which taught us all painlessly not just the fundamental rules and practice of Public Access but, perhaps more importantly, the nuances of how to manage Public Access clients. She was not just effective but also delightful to work with. I would happily recommend her for that and other training.
